A Fire That Blackened the Rocks

Friday August 2 – Thursday September 19 2024

A fire that blackened the rocks considers how forms of knowledge reside between the land, the sea, lakes and the sky. Kate Te Ao, Conor Clarke and Eleanor Cooper seek out ways to articulate what is, at times, imperceptible and unknowable about these places and histories. This is a partnership exhibition presented by Blue Oyster Otepoti, Dunedin and The Physics Room, Ōtautahi, Christchurch.
