Rātā Long Lunch Showpiece
The renowned Clicquot Long Lunch at Rātā Restaurant is back for 2019. Guests can enjoy a four-course degustation lunch, designed by celebrity chef Josh Emett, exquisitely paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Rosé and Vintage 2008. This incredible degustation meal paired with various champagnes is a highlight on Josh Emetts agenda as part of Clicquot in the Snow held on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August.
Josh Emett is one of New Zealand’s most celebrated chef’s as co-founder of Queenstown’s Rātā restaurant, Madam Woo and Hawker and Roll. He worked for Gordon Ramsay for over 10 years, and has been a judge on MasterChef New Zealand.
Rātā is a modern light-filled restaurant surrounded by an urban forest of native trees with a backdrop of some of the regions oldest historic buildings. Josh and his team are experts at creating genuine dining experiences featuring well balanced and inspired New Zealand cuisine and the Clicquot Long Lunch is a fine example of their skilled service.
