In the follow on from the Covid-19 pandemic more and more people around the world are eyeing Queenstown as a place to live and use as a base to work remotely.

That’s according to Pure Property, a dedicated property management company with a wide-ranging portfolio catering to the high-demand, long term rental market for local and international clients.

“Relocation is our biggest growth area since Covid-19 struck, as more and more people choose to live and work remotely from Queenstown,” says business manager Mark Blake.

Mark says this year’s rapidly growing rental market is a bonus for owners of multiple properties.

“Obviously Queenstown needs more rental properties and we are aware of many lock and leave homes sitting idle that can easily be turned into solid investments. Potential tenants are heavily vetted and pre-qualified by us which gives owners peace of mind that their asset is in good hands.”

Demand for rental homes in Queenstown areas such as Dalefield, Jack’s Point and Kelvin Heights is on the increase.

“Relationships are key in the business and we have many long-term clients. Most of our work is by referral and we’re always happy to discuss with homeowners about how our management services ensure the rental process is seamless.”
