Two new venues have opened at Ayrburn for summer underlining the vision for Queenstown’s newest food and wine playground to provide a range of hospitality on the historic 160-year-old property.
The Bakehouse is versatile and purpose-built hosting a restaurant and bar while speciality store R.M Prime Produce includes a world-class butchery, artisan baked goods, deli offerings, fresh flowers and Ayrburn wines.
“The Bakehouse is open from 8.00am every day serving breakfast, coffee and freshly baked goods through to woodfired pizzas and handmade pastas for lunch and dinner. The environment is relaxed and friendly with a definite family focus and everything can be enjoyed in the venue, out on the terrace or to go” says Ayrburn marketing manager Ella James. “A visit to R.M.Prime Produce provides everything required to recreate some Ayrburn magic at home.”

The Bakehouse seats up to 120 people and can be booked as a stylish venue for weddings and other celebrations. Ayrburn’s lively hospitality precinct also includes creekside dining at The Woolshed, shared plates in The Manure Room, wine tastings in The Barrel Room, cocktails in The Burr Bar, sweet treats in The Dairy while The Dell which is centrally located is a popular spot for events and entertainment.
“Filled picnic baskets are available to order at The Bakehouse for people wanting to spend an afternoon relaxing on The Dell enjoying good food and good times in summer,” says Ella. “At Ayrburn quality reigns supreme and we know that locals and visitors will fall in love with our new hospitality outlets just as they have with our existing venues.”
