Millbrook Resort hosts 104th New Zealand Open

The 104th New Zealand Open presented by Sky Sport in Queenstown is expected to draw the traditional large crowds to Millbrook Resort’s two championship 18-hole courses from February 27 until March 2 2025.
Entry is free for spectators to watch international class golf featuring 156 professional players competing in a unique Pro-Am format alongside amateurs, tournament sponsors and sporting legends. Tournament director Michael Glading says the event brings together fans of all ages who also enjoy a range of food and beverage options, giant TV screens, fun activations, giveaways and free grandstand seating.
“Millbrook Resort is a magic place to host the New Zealand Open. It’s the single biggest sporting event in New Zealand based on a number of measurements.”

The event dates back to 1907 and anticipation is always high as to whether a Kiwi player can lift the Brodie Breeze trophy.
“I’m forever optimistic, we’d love to have a Kiwi win it again,” says Michael. “It has been a while since Michael Hendry took the honours in 2017,” says Glading.
