A NEW ERA OF LUXURY

After months of eager anticipation, DFS Group, the world’s leading luxury travel retailer, will be opening its newest T Galleria by DFS store in the heart of Queenstown this Saturday, October 29.

Ushering in a new era of luxury shopping for the region, T Galleria by DFS, Queenstown is the first and only department store in Queenstown and is located across 1,800 square metres of the newly refurbished O’Connells complex – one of the most significant and iconic buildings in the tourism hotspot.

The stunning two-level offering boasts over 120 of the best international and New Zealand brands, nearly 40 of which are exclusively available at T Galleria by DFS, Queenstown. Fashionistas will delight in the arrival of Chloe, Stella McCartney and Kenzo; while beauty lovers will be excited to find Tom Ford, Givenchy, La Mer and Gucci Beauty.

The curated assortment of Fashion and Accessories, Beauty, Wines, Food and Gifts, and Watches and Jewellery is set to be a welcome addition to the town for both international and local travellers alike.

To mark the exciting grand opening day this Saturday, DFS has partnered with local artist Jessica Winchombe to create a custom abstract artwork, which she will be completing live in store over opening weekend. The artwork will be available to bid on via live silent auction, with all proceeds being donated to Sustainable Queenstown – an impact initiative created to activate positive social and environmental change in the surrounding area. The generous donation emphasises the new store’s authentic sense of place and community.

Shoppers can expect to experience world-class shopping with heart-warming service unlike any other and be invited to join the DFS LOYAL T program to enjoy exclusive access, benefits and privileges.

T Galleria by DFS, Queenstown will be DFS’ third location in New Zealand. The retailer has operated T Galleria by DFS, Auckland in the iconic Custom House heritage building since 1997 and operates several boutiques in Auckland Airport.
